Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, agencies, and industry stakeholders. Develop and implement the overall business strategy to achieve growth and profitability objectives.Collaborate with creative teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and content creation. Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the organization.Manage the financial performance of the production house, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Analyze financial data and market trends to make informed strategic decisions.Oversee marketing initiatives to enhance the brand presence and visibility in the industry.
