Job Title: Maintenance EngineerLocation: Baliyali, Haryana, IndiaJob Summary: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to manage and improve the maintenance of our Solar Products manufacturing equipment and systems. The successful candidate will have a solid background in mechanical or industrial engineering with hands-on experience in maintaining and optimizing solar or automotive machinery. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our production operations.Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Strategy Development: Design and implement maintenance strategies for automotive production equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure smooth operation of machinery.Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and schedule preventive maintenance to enhance equipment reliability and extend lifespan. Data Analysis: Analyze equipment performance data to detect patterns, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. Production Coordination: Work closely with production teams to coordinate maintenance activities, reducing interruptions and optimizing equipment performance. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations, promoting a safe working environment. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for future reference and audits.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in maintenance engineering, preferably within the solar or automotive industry. In-depth knowledge of solar or automotive manufacturing processes and machinery. Proficiency with diagnostic tools, maintenance software, and relevant engineering software. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills. High attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of work. PRB
