If you are passionate about IoT technology, possess a strong B2B sales background, and have the ability to drive growth through strategic customer interactions, we would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding Replicant's presence in the industrial OEM sector.Customer Acquisition & Account Management: Identify, target, and on-board key industrial OEM partners while maintaining strong relationships to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.Solution Development: Work alongside technical teams to customize IoT solutions that cater to the specific needs of large industrial OEM clients.Sales Presentations & Proposals: Develop and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to highlight Replicant's capabilities to potential clients.Market Research: Examine industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor strategies to guide sales tactics and product development.Networking & Lead Generation: Represent Replicant at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate new leads and enhance the company's market presence.Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, promoting collaboration, professional growth, and the achievement of sales targets.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to align sales efforts with product innovations and market demands.Customer Success: Ensure a seamless on boarding and deployment process for customers, following up to ensure the solutions provide value and meet client expectations.Revenue Forecasting: Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to the executive team, pinpointing areas for growth and improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communications Engineering (ECE), or a related technical field.MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, with at least 4 years in the IoT, electronics, or industrial B2B space.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, with experience in managing large industrial accounts.Strong understanding of IoT technologies and their applications in industrial environments.Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Leadership experience with the ability to build and lead a successful sales team.Adaptability and Agility: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to market and technology changes.Entrepreneurial Mindset: Passion for driving new business initiatives and developing innovative solutions for customers.Tech Savvy: An interest in staying on top of the latest technology trends, with a passion for how IoT can revolutionize industries.
