We have a global presence with offices in Hungary, India, UK, and across Europe, supporting students from diverse backgrounds with their academic journeys.Role DescriptionThis is a contract role (remote) for an Admission Counsellor (Direct Sales) at OIP Education. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students throughout the admission process, conducting direct sales activities, and fostering growth and self-discovery in students. This is an assignment based role located in Budapest with flexibility of remote work.Admission counsellor (Direct Sales) will be responsible to generate business by getting leads and subsequently converting them as potential candidates. Some of your responsibilities would be to manage necessary operations such as :Gather and Generate student leadsPrepare and execute marketing plan.Generate monthly revenue.Counsel students for desired coaching or admission.Manage social mediaVisit Schools, colleges, and Universities to generate prospective leadsIf needed, attend International events in Universities outside IndiaRevenue generation & fund managementThis is a sales position, monetary rewards and risk against non-performance remains high. We follow an Incentive based compensation package on a back-to-back basis against activity completed. A detailed compensation plan will be explained during the selection process if shortlisted.QualificationsInterpersonal Communication and Customer Service skillsSales and Education skillsExcellent communication skillsStrong ability to build relationships and rapport with studentsExperience in the education sector is a plusBachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, Communication, or related fieldSelf MotivatedEntrepreneur skills PRB
