Summary:We are seeing an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Senior Manager to implement a variety of human resource programs. Important functions such as onboarding, payroll, compensation and benefits, training and development, labour law compliance etc. are part of the role.If you are looking to build your career in HR, this is the place to be. Due to the diversity of responsibilities of the role, the ideal candidate will be a competent and resourceful individual with a passion for HR.The goal is to ensure the HR departments operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.Key Responsibilities:Responsible in executing all the HR Operations process as per the agreed SLA with high level quality in all deliverablesResearch, implement and administer all company benefit plansMaintain all personal policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to employees.Maintain in-depth knowledge of statutory requirements related to HR, reducing risks and ensuring regulatory compliance all timesEmployee Relations: point person for all employees regarding HR Operations mattersDevelop and maintain human resources systems that meet HRMS personnel information needsConsult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriateIdentify and work with external HR vendors as neededManage and maintain employee communication on HR related topicsPrepares periodic reports for management, as necessary and timely mannerCarry out task, as assigned by the HR Senior Manager / DirectorExperience and RequirementsWhat we expect:Proven experience as HR Manager / Senior GeneralistUnderstanding of general human resources policies and proceduresGood knowledge of various employment/labor lawsEffective oral and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsAble to exhibit a high level of confidentialityMust be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely mannerMinimum Graduation / Post-Graduation in Business administration or relevant fieldAdditional HR training/certification will be a plusMinimum of 12-18 years of relevant experienceYou will align to the Company's core values: teamwork, integrity and excellenceQualification:Graduate with a MBA degreeSkills:Good at communication both - writing & verbalInterpersonal skills, able to multi task & negotiateShould be an excellent team playerExcellent Computer skills ATS
