We are seeking a dynamicGeneticistto lead our genetic testing department, drive innovation, and provide exceptional services to clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the genetic testing department, ensuring efficient sample processing and timely delivery of results.
Build and lead a multidisciplinary team for genetic counseling, testing, and sequencing with a focus on productivity and quality.
Develop strategic plans to expand our genetic testing services and establish partnerships with international sequencing providers.
Foster relationships with clients, healthcare institutions, and research bodies to broaden our service reach.
Collaborate with regulatory authorities, healthcare institutions, and international sequencing providers to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Deliver clear, personalized genetic counseling services and uphold the highest standards of customer care and professional ethics.
What We're Looking For:
Advanced degree in Genetics, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
Proven leadership experience in genetic testing, counseling, or a similar domain.
Strong understanding of international sequencing technologies and ethical standards.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and lead teams.
A passion for advancing genetic sciences and making a difference in healthcare.
