Timings:Monday to Friday, 6pm to 3amResponsibilities:Develop and execute the business intelligence and analytics strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
Lead a team of analysts and data scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive high performance.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into actionable insights and solutions.
Identify and evaluate data sources, ensuring data quality and integrity for accurate analysis and reporting.
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data models, reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
Apply advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling and data mining, to uncover patterns, trends, and insights.
Provide strategic guidance on the selection and implementation of business intelligence and analytics tools and technologies.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of business intelligence initiatives.
Drive a data-driven culture by promoting the use of analytics and fostering data literacy across the organization.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in business intelligence, analytics, and data science.
Collaborate with the IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless data integration and availability.
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and privacy regulations.
Present findings, recommendations, and insights to senior management and executive teams.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in leading business intelligence and analytics initiatives in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Proficiency in business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar.
Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
Experience in data modeling, data warehouse design, and ETL processes.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong business acumen and the ability to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
