Job Description:We are looking for an experiencedBrand Video Directorto join our team and take charge of our company's advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision and extensive experience in directing, planning, and executing brand ads that capture our company's essence and reach the target audience effectively.Key Responsibilities:Ad Creation & Direction:Plan, conceptualize, and direct brand advertisements that align with the company's branding strategy.Lead the entire video production process, from pre-production to final edits, ensuring high-quality content.Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align ad campaigns with overall branding objectives.Talent Acquisition:Source and recruit suitable talent for brand advertisements, collaborating with external agencies and scouting artists who fit the brand's image.Conduct auditions and select actors, models, and other creative talents needed for video projects.Market Research & Trend Analysis:Conduct research on current market trends in advertising and video content creation to keep the brand's content fresh and appealing.Experiment with innovative ad formats and storytelling methods to stand out in the market.Project Management:Oversee budgets, timelines, and logistics for video projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.Coordinate with various departments to meet production deadlines and uphold branding consistency.Requirements:Experience:4-5 years of experience in video production, directing, or brand advertisement creation.Skills:Strong understanding of visual storytelling, brand positioning, and audience engagement.Proficiency in video editing software and familiarity with all aspects of production.Education:A bachelor's degree in Film Production, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred).Creativity & Leadership:Demonstrated creativity and leadership skills with a strong eye for detail and ability to work well under tight deadlines.Job Type:Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
