Job Title:Chief Operating Officer - Shopping Mall & Residential ApartmentsJob Description:Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Mall including Housekeeping, Facility Management, Tenant Relations, Tenant Mix, Leasing, Lease Negotiations, and Staff Planning (Public Relation Officers, Security, Safety, Housekeeping, Parking, and Facility Maintenance Teams). Responsibilities include Dispute Resolution and Customer Service.Managing Leasing, Finance, Marketing, HR & Admin, and Supply Chain Departments. Identifying opportunities for generating additional revenue and conducting regular audits to ensure safety and necessary changes for customer well-being.Ensuring proper maintenance and timely execution of new works for the Mall and Residential Apartments by the Operations Department (HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, VTS, BMS, Civil Teams, etc.).Developing and implementing the Mall's budget, policies, and procedures/SOPs.Job Timings:Monday to Friday - 10 am to 6 pm,
