- Managing key communications & dispute handling with all vendors.
- Ensuring timely payments & credits reconciliation with all vendors.
- Coordinate with the customer support team to ensure that customer inquiries are answered in a timely and professional manner.
- Work with logistics partners to ensure that shipments are on schedule & help manage expedite requests when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and logistics activities.
- Report potential delays and blockages to the Director of Operations before time and come up with solutions to prevent them in future.
- Utilize Excel, Google sheets and other software to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the returns process and manage reverse logistics.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address any issues related to returns
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using Excel and other software tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of the diamond industry is a plus.
- Startup experience is a big plus
