Job Summary: We seek an experienced Sous Chef in our premium dining restaurant, delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Key Responsibilities: Kitchen Operations:

  • Lead the kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Menu Planning:
  • Menu development in coordination with Central Kitchen
  • Work closely with Central Kitchen on Product development, Menu Engineering and Cost optimization
  • Ensure menu items are prepared to specification.
  • Conduct menu tastings and provide feedback.
Inventory Management:
  • Manage inventory, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
  • Order supplies, ensuring timely delivery.
Quality Control:
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Implement quality control procedures.
Team Management:
  • Train, develop, and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive kitchen culture.
Health and Safety:
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
Requirements: Education: - Culinary Arts degree or equivalent. Experience: - 3+ years as Sous Chef in a premium dining establishment. - Fine dining experience preferred. Skills: - Excellent culinary, leadership, and communication skills. - Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, menu planning, and inventory management. - Familiarity with HACCP and food safety regulations. Personal Attributes: - Passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences. - Proactive, adaptable, and attention to detail. - Strong team player.
