Senior Consultant - Digital and Innovation Advisory

Job Qualifications:
Must have 8+ years of prior consultancy experience in Big Four or similar company.
Familiarity with best practices in PMO structures, Digital and IT strategy, operating models, and transformation engagements.
Understanding of IT and Digital platforms such as AI, ML, Cloud, RPA, Enterprise Performance Management, and other solutions.
Understanding of how key principles of innovation (reduces TAT/improved CX/go-to-market ability) can be applied across the front, middle, and back office and key levers to pull within the wider business.
Experience in KSA is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Knowing Arabic is mandatory.
Job Description:
Prepare, manage and deliver assignments: typically have day-to-day responsibility for managing small assignments or major modules of assignments depending on assignment size.
Continuously expand on knowledge of the Middle East business environment and work with colleagues in all Middle Eastern offices on client work and internal initiatives as well as with international teams where appropriate.
Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables, effectively manage the functional and technical team, and support functional tracks of the assessments and relationships to ensure exceptional performance.
Manage and participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities and other go-to strategy activities.
Keep up to date with current trends from the region and from across the world staying abreast of current business and economic developments.

We are seeking a Senior Technology Strategy and Market Analyst to join our Technology Outlook and Strategy Division within the Technology Strategy & Planning Department (TSPD).<br />

Working within the Content Strategy & Planning Division, you will be responsible for bringing the brand experience to life for our key stakeholders. 	<li>Based on the data analysis, reflect visitor feedback to improve and organize interactive experience in various ways with diverse content</li>
	<li>Based on the data analysis, adjust communication strategies and ways of platform operation to increase visitors&#39; brand awareness and loyalty.</li>
	<li>Liaise with teams across Public Affairs both at HQ and globally to ensure quality, adaptability, and compliance with guidelines.</li>
	<li>Maintain the highest level of brand execution and consistency with overall brand message and strategic direction;</li>

The Planning & Performance Management Division is responsible for the review, analysis and consolidation of reports such as Business Plan, Accountability, Quarterly Business Reviews and other ad-hoc reports required by management. These reports are being prepared in the departments&#39; level under Sales & Supply Planning organization and reviewed and consolidated by Planning & Performance Management Division to ensure its completeness and relevance in order to satisfy the requirements of higher management. The Planning & Performance Management Division also reviews and process several subsidiary invoices from out-of-kingdom offices.<br />

The primary role of Sr. Planning & Performance Management is to perform all planning & performance management functions and interacts with personnel within Saudi Aramco P&PM organizations in the performance of his/her duties.<br />

	<li>Provide supervision, coordination and/or facilitation in the execution of regular and special tasks by other P&PM personnel, as well as mentorship on P&PM analytical practice.</li>

The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Business (Accountancy or Finance), or a related discipline. Possession of relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is required.<br />

Nine (9) years of relevant experience in planning & performance management is required. The candidate must have the proven ability to handle complex, problems in a rigorous, analytical fashion. Previous work experience in oil & gas industry must have been sufficiently broad to allow the candidate to be effective as a team player of planning & performance management group.<br />
