CIVIL INSPECTOR

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Site Inspector with specialized expertise in CONCRETE STRUCTURE particularly within Large Scale Residential Hotel construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing and ensuring quality finishes in construction with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to adherence to project specifications and timelines. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Quality Assurance: Monitor and inspect all civil finishing works on hotel construction projects to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
2. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections observations and corrective actions taken during the construction phase.
3. Coordination: Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
4. Compliance: Ensure all finishes work meets safety and quality standards as well as environmental and legal regulations.
5. Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and communicate findings to the project management team.

1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field (preferred).
2. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil site inspection with a focus on finishes ideally in hotel construction.
3. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and finishes specific to hotel projects.
4. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.
5. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in using inspection tools and software for documenting findings.
8. Certifications: Relevant certifications in civil engineering or construction quality assurance (preferred).
9. Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to quality control.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
11. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
12. Travel: Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
