Our food delivery business works with over 27,000 brands and almost 50,000 branches.Our q-commerce concept, talabat mart (121 Stores), now delivers groceries to customers in Bahrain, Iraq, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and the UAE in 30 minutes or less!talabat is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world's leading local delivery platform operating in 70+ countries worldwide.Job DescriptionWhat's On Your Plate?Conduct business reviews with accounts and identify business opportunities and business relationships which result in the achievement of increased revenue, profitability and market share.Maintain continuous business relationships with clients/restaurants via in-person visits, regular phone calls and emails.Provide excellent service and support by regular calling in order to build strong relationships and resolve operational issues between clients/restaurants and the company.Ensure that the menus of the clients are up to date at all times.Optimize the restaurant content (MOA, delivery time).Commission rate renegotiation: Building new commercial relationships by renewing the existing contacts by renegotiating the offer.Advertisement sales: Acquiring and maintaining pictures from brand menus, branding Talabat stickers at restaurants, banners and newsletters.Generate food coupons, promotions and vouchers from existing restaurants.Convince clients/restaurants to promote the brand using Talabat pictures.Transmission method optimization: Convincing client/restaurant to implement track order feature and changing the transmission method to WLA.Encourage restaurants to subscribe to the online payment gateway.Coordinate with the restaurant, checking and resolving any issues if the restaurant is not live or active on Talabat.Communicate with Management by providing regular CRM updates via SalesForce.com, contact reports, activity reports, and attending/contributing to Sales and Marketing team conference calls.Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including:Closed salesFollow-up activitiesSales expense reportIncreased sales report after placing promotions, vouchers and couponsRestaurant analysis sheetAccount management reportWhat Did We Order?Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any other related fieldMinimum of 3+ years' experience in Sales / Account ManagementNegotiation SkillsAbility to meet deadlines and be flexible in workingFluent in both languages Arabic and EnglishCommunication skills (Written and Verbal)Excel Skills
