Does time fly by when you're producing technical drawings in Revit?Do you have between 6 and 10 years' experience in architecture and want to develop your technical expertise further while leveraging your strengths?If this sounds like you, this could be the right position for you!Job DescriptionInitially, you will produce interior and/or building envelope drawings in REVIT for a large-scale project.Once this has been completed, you may be assigned to another project, depending on your areas of interest and strengths.What you will accomplish with usProduce and revise complete technical plans and specifications at all stages of projects;Produce and coordinate technical details;Participate in project coordination by working with stakeholders such as engineers and consultants;Research and select appropriate products, materials, techniques and technologies.Diploma in Architectural Technologies or Master's Degree in Architecture;6 to 10 years' relevant experience in architecture;Minimum 2 years' experience with Revit software;Relevant experience in institutional projects;Experience in building envelopes (an asset);Good understanding of BIM issues in architecture;Good knowledge of the Quebec Construction Code;Spoken and written French essential, bilingualism (French and English) an asset;An aptitude for teamwork while demonstrating autonomy and initiative;Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines;Lemay makes its employee development and well-being a priority.
