Job description Fire Alarm/Security Field Service Engineer The daily role would be for small installations, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance of fire alarms, emergency lighting. Location: Bristol/M4/M5 Corridor Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours Salary: £33,000 - £39000 p.a Role Responsibilities The Security Field Service Engineer will be installing, repairing, upgrading, and commissioning of fire alarm and emergency lighting systems. The Fire Alarm Engineer will be performing routine service of fire alarm systems (conventional & addressable) The Fire Alarm Engineer will service of emergency lights. Reactive calls for fault finding. The Fire Alarm Engineer will be doing site visits for quotations Required Work Experience/Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience Full clean driving license Servicing of Fire Extinguishers Troubleshooting skills Accurate and detailed report writing skills. Strong experience in fire alarm installations Compliance within industry standards (FIA/NICEIC equivalent courses on fire alarm & emergency lighting) Experience working on conventional, addressable, and wireless fire alarm systems. Experience Experience and well-rounded knowledge in fire alarm and emergency lighting are essential You must be reliable, punctual, hardworking, and have a positive "can do" approach.
