IT Support Analyst(Contract)

• Clear understanding of ITIL Framework and hands-on experience with ITSM (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira SM)
• Hands-on experience with user management on AD. Clear concepts on DNS and DHCP.
• Experience of working with OEM's and coordinating support to end users.
• 3 years experience supporting Windows 10, Outlook, Teams/Zoom, Antivirus, Office, VPN, Oracle/SAP, etc.
• 1 year experience in User management on Azure AD/M365, basic admin on SharePoint and Exchange online.
• 1 year support experience on Telephony/Collaboration solutions (Teams, Slack, 8x8, RingCentral) and ACD Solutions.

Qualifications

• Associates, Bachelor’s Degree, technical certification or experience in a related field.
• Typically requires 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• MCSA (Windows 10), ITIL Foundation (optional).
• Develops materials that are easily understood; effectively responds to impromptu questions and simplifies complex information to ensure understanding.
• Able to communicate and share technical details with employees across geographies.
• Nurtures productive working relationships to resolve mutual problems.
• Ability to work from the Sydney office. This is not a remote position.
