Hiring for a Fortune500 company - GCC (product) into retail industry for their IT Division in Bangalore (Manyata). Skills: Salesforce service cloud, Datadog/ Splunk Number of positions: 2 Role: Technology manager (14+ years)

• 5+ years experience in multiple contact center technology stacks, for example; Salesforce Service Cloud (and associated SKUs and salesforce clouds), Splunk/ Datadog, Five9, Twilio, Oracle OSC, Snowflake, Verint, IBM Sterling.
• 14+ years of experience in information technology with direct working experience leading complex, global technology initiatives
• 4+ years of people management experience.

• At-least 5 years of hands on experience in Salesforce Service cloud or equivalent CRM solutions
• At-least 3 years of hands on experience in monitoring, alerting, incident response ( Prod -support)
• At-least 3 years of experience in designing complex backend applications and web services using java
• At-least 3 years of experience leveraging Service Now, Splunk, Datadog, and PagerDuty
