This role is focused on selling to clients such as HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering), Building Services Contractors /Facilities, Offices, Retail, Malls, Industries, Educational Institutes, Institutional Wholesalers & Govt sector. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for Managing key accounts, leading a sales team, Execute Demonstration/Trainings and driving business growth in the assigned region. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the HORECA and related industry in the assigned region, aligned with the company's objectives and targets.
- Evaluate & appoint suitable distributors and Ensure Primary, Secondary sales along with executing other important activities such as claim, CRM implementation..etc
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Identify and target key institutional clients within the HORECA and related Industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients (Purchase Managers, Housekeepers, KST Managers, Chefs, Admin/Operation Managers, Owners, GMs and other stakeholders in customer organizations). Contacts Car Accessories Channel/Market will be added advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and technical support, to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and customer projects.
- Develop and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Stay updated with industry developments, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements related to the industry.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate new business leads.
- Masters degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 10-12 years of experience in B2B sales of Professional Cleaning Products such as Chemicals, Tools & other Products, preferably in the HORECA and related industry, with a strong understanding of the market dynamics.
- Previous experience in a managerial or team leadership role leading a min 5+ On roll employees, demonstrating the ability to effectively lead, coach, and motivate a sales team.
