Partner with the best As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will manage Kuwait Operations with KOC. You will ensure that we maximize short and long-term revenue profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on-time delivery, contract adherence, and cash collection for the assigned jobs. As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes executes the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.
- Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment.
- Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars.
- Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.
- Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries.
- Being responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements.
- Being the primary contact for the client for job preparation, execution, and closeout, managing the relationship to ensure business success for Baker Hughes.
- Being familiar with the assigned client's process for MOC/escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is a risk of not achieving the client's objectives.
- Escalating issues that can impact service delivery.
- Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash.
- Leading a team of Field Reports.
- Upselling on existing contracts with KOC.
- Managing Key Customer Relationship management (KOC).
- Driving HSE Culture improvement.
- Billing & Collections Performance improvement.
- Have a Chemistry graduate or graduate in Science with Chemistry as one of the subjects.
- Have a minimum of 12 years in DCF field operations, of which 3 years in HTHP environment.
- Have at least 2 years prior experience coordinating field operations.
- Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues.
- Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Have the ability to work at drill site locations and remote sites.
