Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Sulaibikhat for an IT Technician at Wataniya Reinforced Plastic Factory Co. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining computer systems and networks, and ensuring the security and functionality of the IT infrastructure, maintaining and updating, creating new programs and Emails the company web site.Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Must have an excellent experience in Odoo system, its integrations, updates, problems, and solving its problems
- Previous experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of networking protocols and systems
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
