We are looking for a Lead Engineer Electrical to oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for offshore energy projects, ensuring they meet safety, efficiency, and reliability standards.

Tasks & responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers, providing direction and support to achieve project objectives and deadlines.
Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project execution and optimal design solutions.
Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring electrical engineering tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
Conduct rigorous technical analyses and reviews to validate electrical designs and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Identify and implement innovative electrical engineering technologies and practices to enhance project outcomes and sustainability.
Serve as the primary electrical engineering contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Prepare and present detailed electrical engineering reports and documentation, including design specifications, drawings, and technical evaluations.
Monitor and report on the progress of electrical engineering activities, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
Ensure continuous improvement in electrical engineering processes and methodologies, staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
Requirements Lead Engineer Electrical
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within the offshore energy sector.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and monitoring a team of engineers.
Strong proficiency in electrical design software and tools relevant to offshore energy projects.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical information clearly to non-experts.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus but not mandatory, with a willingness to learn if necessary.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative and efficient electrical solutions.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
