Key Responsibilities - Assist the senior Manager by ensuring the highest standards of service in the Spa is maintained and developed at all times - Assist with brand marketing of the spa and retail generation - Effectively co-ordinate and supervise the Front desk operations of the Spa as deemed necessary - Address and resolve both guest concerns and complaints. - Supervise the front desk reception employees - Work in accordance with the internal and external control procedures - Assist with Stock control and stock take administration and procedures - Issuing out Stock to therapist as required and maintain records thereof - Co-ordinate group and individual bookings Required Experience & Qualifications - Relevant beauty related qualification - A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within in a 5-star Spa environment - Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative function - Professional Disposition - Excellent Telephone etiquette - Professional, positive and energetic demeanor - Strong Administrative skills - Excellent Planning and Organizing skills - Proficiency in MS Office applications e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook - Working knowledge of Spa booking and Hotel systems - Required to work rostered shifts and irregular hours as per operational requirements - Flexible working hours as well as available to work weekends, Public holidays, opening and closing shifts when rostered as per operational requirements - Passionate and target driven - Well-groomed to present the brand - Strong verbal and written communication - Reliable transport - Strong leadership skills - Flexible and available to work late shifts
