It also means we can build the best possible team; location and working hours are no barrier.If this sounds like an environment that you believe could work for you, then read on to find out more.The OpportunityWe're looking for an energetic Solution Architect to support our commercial team and customers to deliver our solutions.Here's what you'll be getting up to:Consulting with Tyk customersSupporting established Solution Architects (SA) daily, with the view to be able to deliver a customer DemoWorking with the SA's Account manager, CSAs and assigned Support EngineerBuilding a technical relationship with the customer and understanding needsWorking with Customers and SA's to establish solutionsParticipating in technical discovery calls with new and existing customersWorking with SA's and AM's to define customer needs and working with them to meet those targets and goalsLiaising with internal Tyk teams to deliver answers and solutions to customersBuilding and delivering POCs, reference architectures, plugins and API definitions to educate and aid our customersUpdating customer database with meeting notes, progress and outcomesThis is the space where you get to use your extensive customer, engineering and Tyk knowledge to create fantastic concepts, push boundaries and help make Tyk great.You should apply if you:A background in Technology or a STEM subjectGenuine engineering curiosity in 'how things work'.
