Location: Fully Remote (must be UK based) FIND are working with one of Europe’s fastest growing businesses within the Data & AI Training Space, who are looking to hire more Data Analyst Coaches into their Data Coaching team. As a Data Analyst Coach, you’ll play a key part in developing & supporting Data Analyst apprentices through their Level 3 &/or 4 apprenticeship programmes (your choice) Your job is to provide a mixture of 1-to-1 coaching, mentoring & support to your learners, helping them develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their careers, and to achieve the best possible outcome from their apprenticeship programmes. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to data analytics apprentices.
- Assess apprentices' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create personalised learning plans tailored to individual apprentices' needs and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve coaching and mentoring programs.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for apprentices.
- 2+ years data analytics or data science industry experience
- Python, SQL + Power BI or Tableau experience
- Some form of coaching or training experience (could be as a Mentor / Coach / Trainer / Instructor / Lecturer / Tutor / Teacher etc.)
