- Efficiently receive and dispatch goods.
- Proactively maintain housekeeping standards in the parts store.
- Assist with collating orders for internal service staff.
- Conduct timely and accurate processing of paperwork including invoices, purchase orders, transfers, etc.
- Collaborate with service technicians regarding their request for parts & accessories.
- Assist in rolling stock takes.
- Promote a safety-first approach.
- Monitor and engage couriers for dispatch and collection of goods.
- Exposure to Automotive or Heavy Vehicle aftermarket parts.
- Hands-on experience in stock control.
- A motor trade or engineering background would be highly regarded.
- Experience working within procedural guidelines.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to converse on all levels.
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner.
- Forklift License or the will to obtain.
- Strong organisational skills and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to meet deadlines and forward planning skills.
- Competent computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite (SAP experience would be advantageous).
- Current and valid driver’s license.
- Able to pass a Police check.
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical check.
- A positive attitude and proactive mindset, with the ability to work autonomously as well as being a good team player.
