Proven experience in software engineering, with a focus on Node.js and Nest.js. Experience of working in an offshore software development environment is a plus. Responsibilities
- Design and architect complex, highly scalable, and performant software systems using modern web development technologies and frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to standards and best practices (e.g. source code control, code reviews, etc.).
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the overall structure and layout of a software system's components and their interfaces within and outside of the system.
- Ensure on-time project delivery along with adherence to code and quality standards, along with non-functional requirements.
- Ensure technical cohesion and help design the technical contract in interfaces and other abstract objects and data entities.
- Mentor and guide engineers and developers within the company.
- Guide and participate in recruiting the best technical talent for the team.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in software engineering, with a focus on Node.js, Nest.js, Next.js, React.js, and AWS.
- Strong expertise in AWS serverless technologies, including Lambda and DynamoDB.
- Full-stack development experience, with a focus on modern web development frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong people skills to ensure the team is able to deliver high-quality output.
- Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB).
- 3 years’ experience in the capacity of Technical Lead is preferred.
- Designation will be dependent on the years of experience.
- Strong object-oriented design and system architecture knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience of working in an offshore software development environment is a plus.
- Shift Timing: 7 PM - 4 AM.
