What will you be doing?
Reporting to Team Leader Claims, the purpose of this position is to contribute to the success of Tower Claims and facilitate superior business growth. You can expect to be across the following:- Performing a service role that supports the operation of the Claims function by attending to customer requests
- Managing the interactions, claim (and where applicable the administration) needs of customers on a day-to-day basis
- Liaising with customers to promptly action their claim in accordance with the wording and company's policies and procedures
- Responding to customer requests by promptly attending to their individual needs
- Liaising with the customer regarding their claims may occur via the phone, the mail or in person. Professionalism is necessary in all these avenues
- Acting with speed and responsiveness to customers' needs are a key factor to the success of TOWER, as is providing customers with seamless service
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following:- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Customer Service, Contact Centre, or service delivery role
- Insurance industry or Claims experience preferable
- Experience working in a fast paced, high demand role
