Job Title: Oracle Apps Finance Functional Consultant Location: Remote - India Shift: Night Shift Experience Level: 12+ years Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Apps Finance Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules and exposure to Supply Chain modules. The ideal candidate will bring 25-30% technical experience and have an MBA or Master’s degree in Finance. This role requires strong functional skills to analyze, implement, and optimize Oracle Applications while collaborating closely with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and gather business requirements for Oracle Financial modules and provide tailored solutions.
- Configure, implement, and support Oracle Financial modules, including:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Leverage 25-30% technical expertise to perform SQL queries, troubleshoot PLSQL scripts, and support system workflows.
- Provide support and enhancement for Supply Chain modules such as:
- Order Management (OM)
- Inventory (INV)
- Purchase Orders (PO)
- Document business processes, functional specifications, and system configurations.
- Prepare and review Change Request (CR) documents.
- Train end-users and technical teams on Oracle modules and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on solutions.
- Education: Bachelors in Finance (MBA or Master’s degree in Finance).
- Experience: 12+ years of Oracle EBS experience, with a focus on Finance modules.
- Strong understanding of Finance business processes and accounting principles.
- Hands-on technical experience (25-30%) in SQL, PLSQL, and workflows.
- Exposure to Supply Chain modules is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and provide optimal solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Knowledge of additional Supply Chain modules like Install Base and Depot Repair.
- Process improvement and optimization expertise.
