Role Responsibilities:

  1. Creating customer-centric digital content across platforms to engage our customers and move them down our sales funnel.
  2. Acting as our CMS Super User, owning the content on our prominent e-commerce site.
  3. Supporting purchasing flows, related landing pages and content, working with the UX and product teams regarding site functionality changes.
  4. Contributing to our SEO strategy to maximize links and traffic to our website.
  5. Coordinating with wider business teams to ensure that our content supports our wider business strategy and sales outcomes.
  6. Efficiently prioritizing, scheduling, and managing online content to meet business deadlines.
  7. Execution and measurement of onsite content and specific campaigns.
  8. Leveraging various research methods such as web analysis and usability research to identify opportunities to improve the site experience, task completion, and funnel conversion.
  9. Actively contributing to the development of the Digital Platform design and proactively suggesting new features and online tools based on best practices. Supporting onsite execution of related projects.
  10. Using web analytics to identify potential onsite real estate for supplier revenue opportunities.

Experience, Skills, and Education:

  1. 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  2. Self-starter with strong communication and project management skills.
  3. Experience of commercial reporting and analysis in Google Analytics or similar web analytics tool.
  4. Experience in writing for the web.
  5. Ensuring content adheres to a consistent tone of voice.
  6. Strong attention to detail.
  7. Experience with complex Content Management platforms. HTML and CSS capability beneficial.
