Drive business performance in a designated organisational area by providing leadership, guidance, and support on financial information. Collaborate with function leads to understand key business levers, challenge assumptions, and ensure targets are realistic but ambitious, backed by relevant analytics. Oversee the annual and quarterly financial planning process, adhering to global and functional planning guidelines. Support simulations for different business scenarios and ensure accurate recording of month-end bookkeeping entries, reconciliations of relevant account balances. Prepare financial information to compile management and statutory financial statements, and keep track of assets capitalisation, depreciation, and write-offs. Prepare analytics & dashboards showing monthly performance, and lead calls with HODs to question & challenge actual performance and highlight improvement areas. Lead the external & internal audit process, ensuring compliance with the internal control framework, local regulations, and other regulations.
