Assistant Storekeeper

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assisting the store Supervisor in forecasting demand and ensuring adequate inventory levels
2. Helping place orders for items that are low on supply and tracking their shipment
3. Inspecting the shipments for any defects and ensuring proper documentation of the items received
4. Performing stock rotation to ensure utilization of goods and minimize wastage, especially at convenience stores
5. Conducting periodic audits of the inventory, such as physical counting, verification, quality checks and organizing to identify areas of improvement
6. Monitoring items' expiry dates
7. Participating in the loading and unloading for company vehicles and trucks

Job Requirements:

1. English (Reading, writing, and speaking) is a must
2. Must know how to use a computer
3. Education: Diploma (Preferred)
4. Experience: 2 years as a storekeeper (Required)
