Fast Cables, PakistanOverall responsibility for the safe execution of project and site/construction implementation.
Manage the construction implementation in full compliance with Safety, Cost and Schedule, QA & QC.
Manage the Pre-construction Planning, Procurement and Execution strategy.
Manage manpower and resources planning and mobilization allocation.
Drive a Construction & Commissioning project strategy.
Manage Procurement, Tender Evaluation and Selection of sub-contractors, and follow through with implementation, forecasting, and contract closeout.
Manage the QA Procedure and QC Compliance in implementation.
Track procurement, especially long lead items and bulk materials, ensuring timely delivery.
Ensure full implementation of Safety Procedures and Requirements.
Have a strong Safety focus, with experience in enforcing Safety Legislation and Corporate Safety Procedures.
Assist in preliminary estimation, constructability review, and budget proposal.
Manage the early procurement of packages to fast track progress.
Plan and establish site setup and respective enabling works.
Responsible for shutdown and interface management on site.
