Job Description:
Redwood Group of Companies is seeking passionate and results-driven Sales Executives to join our dynamic team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a customer-focused approach, and a desire to succeed in the fast-paced world of real estate. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional service to clients looking to rent, buy, sell, or invest in property.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new sales leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Present, promote, and sell properties to potential buyers and investors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide expert guidance throughout the renting/buying & selling process.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Assist clients with property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings, real estate regulations, and market conditions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in closing deals.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with Lahore's real estate market is a plus.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
