Responsibilities:Make & set the targets of all sales representatives.Assign targets to each sales representative according to their circle.Responsible for all sales operations.Define and organize all marketing events.Finalize Distribution Network for creating advantage of geographical distribution.Route Development for reduction of cost and enhancing efficiency.Liaise between customer, suppliers, and company.Develop dealer and distribution network.Monitor & align all stock movement.Finalize transporter's agreements/contracts/freight & bills.Support and facilitate sales force to meet their targets.Job SpecificationEducational Requirement:- BS/BA degree in a business-related function- MBA (concentration in Sales & Marketing preferred)Success Attributes:- Demonstrated leadership and team skills- Strategic thinking skills- Analytical and problem-solving skills- Communication skills (written and oral)- Creativity- Results orientation- Multifunctional skill base (financial, operations as well as marketing)- Persuasiveness and tenacity to sell ideas- High level of initiative and assertivenessAbout UsSTCI has its head office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and a registered office in Karachi and has been in business for over 8 years.
