We are looking to recruit a Sales Development Representative based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As a SDR on our enterprise Sales team, you will seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential corporate partners. You will support our outbound Sales Development Managers covering the for one of our US markets. You will spend your time generating lists of target companies and target decision makers and then approaching these individuals through a combination of cold emails, cold calls and engagement on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is results-driven, a strong communicator and self-starter who is passionate about sales and joining a dynamicfast growing sales organization. What you will mostly focus on :
- Research potential partners and compile lists of decision makers
- Approaching targeted decision makers through a combination of cold emails, cold calls and engagement on LinkedIn
- Create a positive first impression with prospects to generate sales conversations
- Achieve and exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
- Passion for hospitality, sales and joining a dynamicfast growing company
- 2 years sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable making cold calls in English
- Familiar with AI tools to support prospecting and written communication
- Exceptional prioritization and organization skills and the ability to multi-task competing priorities
- Team player
- Advanced English
- Bachelor's degree
