What are my responsibilities?
Implement a Quality Control function within the project business and corporate, conforming to Company Quality principles, Client/Consultant requirements, International Standards and Norms, and Industry best practices.
Ensure quality control in Electrical installation works in line with the Company’s quality principles and Client/Consultant requirements.
Ensure quality control in project execution documentation, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Develop and implement the project documentation, including inspection, test plans, pertinent records, method statements, supplier quality requirements, and analysis for supplier approval.
Prepare and submit technical documentation such as Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), and Material Submittals (MS) from the supplier and subcontractor to the Client/Consultant as part of the project deliverables.
Plan and prepare the end-of-project documentation for the Client/Consultant as part of the project quality deliverables.
Participate in the ISO Internal Audits/Certification Audits for the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Assist in implementing the project quality plan with a Quality Management System (IMS), including developing quality-related procedures, work instructions, forms, etc.
Control of nonconformity and corrective action and identify and implement improvement opportunities to proactively ensure the preventive action is effectively implemented to avoid recurrence.
Carry out supplier audits, incoming inspections, in-process inspections, installation and commissioning inspections using appropriate documentation and the recording of inspection and test results.
Carry out Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) to fulfil the project-specific quality requirements.
Prepare and deliver regular work reports and plan and manage personal work schedules to meet project deadlines.
Proactively follow-ups with Project management and subcontractor(s) to close the open snags/non-conformities.
Prepare, carry out and write reports for internal and supplier audits.
What do I need to qualify for the role?
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 years’ experience as an Electrical Quality Control Engineer in a project-based environment in the industrial automation field.
ISO Auditor certification.
Hands-on experience in electrical installation works in line with International standards.
Good knowledge of Electrical Quality Control in industrial projects is preferred.
Working knowledge in electrical quality control for industrial projects is preferred.
Adept experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance management.
Experience in writing reports and policies.
Proficient in MS Office.
Effective skills in stakeholder management/supplier management and other interested parties.
Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics.
Diligent with great attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Excellent communication and writing skills.

Siemens Logistics is a fully owned subsidiary of Siemens AG.  </p> <p> Be part of our QM &amp; EHS team as an&#160;<b> Electrical QC Engineer </b>(Industrial Automation Projects) in Dubai/Project Sites in UAE.  </p> <p><b> What are my responsibilities? </b></p> <ul> <li> Implement a Quality Control function within the project business and corporate, conforming to Company Quality principles, Client/Consultant requirements, International Standards and Norms, and Industry best practices.  </li> <li> Ensure quality control in Electrical installation works in line with the Company’s quality principles and Client/Consultant requirements.  </li> <li> Ensure quality control in project execution documentation, subcontractors, and suppliers.  </li> <li> Develop and implement the project documentation, including inspection, test plans, pertinent records, method statements, supplier quality requirements, and analysis for supplier approval.  </li> <li> Prepare and submit technical documentation such as Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), and Material Submittals (MS) from the supplier and subcontractor to the Client/Consultant as part of the project deliverables.  </li> <li> Plan and prepare the end-of-project documentation for the Client/Consultant as part of the project quality deliverables.  </li> <li> Participate in the ISO Internal Audits/Certification Audits for the Integrated Management System (IMS).  </li> <li> Assist in implementing the project quality plan with a Quality Management System (IMS), including developing quality-related procedures, work instructions, forms, etc.  </li> <li> Control of nonconformity and corrective action and identify and implement improvement opportunities to proactively ensure the preventive action is effectively implemented to avoid recurrence.  </li> <li> Carry out supplier audits, incoming inspections, in-process inspections, installation and commissioning inspections using appropriate documentation and the recording of inspection and test results.  </li> <li> Carry out Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) to fulfil the project-specific quality requirements.  </li> <li> Prepare and deliver regular work reports and plan and manage personal work schedules to meet project deadlines.  </li> <li> Proactively follow-ups with Project management and subcontractor(s) to close the open snags/non-conformities.  </li> <li> Prepare, carry out and write reports for internal and supplier audits.  </li></ul> <p><b> What do I need to qualify for the role?</b> </p> <ul> <li> Bachelor&#39;s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.  </li> <li> Minimum of 6 years’ experience as an Electrical Quality Control Engineer in a project-based environment in the industrial automation field.  </li> <li> ISO Auditor certification.  </li> <li> Hands-on experience in electrical installation works in line with International standards.  </li> <li> Good knowledge of Electrical Quality Control in industrial projects is preferred.  </li> <li> Working knowledge in electrical quality control for industrial projects is preferred.  </li> <li> Adept experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance management.  </li> <li> Experience in writing reports and policies.  </li> <li> Proficient in MS Office.  </li> <li> Effective skills in stakeholder management/supplier management and other interested parties.  </li> <li> Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics.  </li> <li> Diligent with great attention to detail and good organizational skills.  </li> <li> Excellent communication and writing skills.  </li></ul> <p> Visit&#160;to learn more about Siemens Logistics before submitting your application. </p>#J-18808-Ljbffr',

	<li>Promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other HSE procedures in all T&I activities.</li>
	<li>Prepare and develop installation procedures, method statement, technical query as per client&#39;s requirement</li>
	<li>Plan mobilization, organize and manage the teams required to carry out the work and define authority and responsibilities for each member of Package team.</li>
	<li>Establish and manage a team during T&I activities execution which is highly motivated, skilled and works diligently to meet the Package requirements.</li>
	<li>Establish lean management system in the T&I organization through training, deployment of lean tools and delivery of results.</li>
	<li>Define the T&I package budget and Work Time Schedule with objective to reduce the costs and optimize the duration and to ensure compliance with these up to Project Close-out.</li>
	<li>Provide Project Management guidance to T&I Contractor to efficiently control his transport and installation activities (from engineering till installation) and ensure proper coordination is made within involved Contractor&#39;s entities (engineering, vendors, quality&hellip;) and various subcontractors.</li>
	<li>Keep management regularly and properly informed on T&I Package cost and schedule with forecast for the Project completion through an efficient reporting system.</li>
	<li>Ensure consistence and correct interfacing with other areas during the various phase of EPC detailed design, procurement, fabrication, installation and animate dedicated transverse coordination between packages as required to ensure all requirements for T&I activities are complied with (especially between jacket and topsides package).</li>

	<li>In case of delay in schedule, liaise with other team involved (engineering, construction, commissioning) to study remedial actions.</li>
	<li>Assist Project Management to compile dossier and make presentation to obtain all necessary approvals for Project contract awards.</li>
	<li>Ensure timely finalization of T&I contractual documents and contract awards for EPC.</li>
	<li>Manage Detail Engineering and T&I Works progress including follow-up of engineering and vendor documentation reviews to ensure compliance with design dossier, Company specifications. Corporate standard and HSE regulation, international codes and classification society rules.</li>
	<li>Promote value engineering with FEED Engineer in the facility design with objective to reduce Project capital expenditures.</li>

<p>My Client is a large international Service Company who are seeking a Reservoir Engineer to be based in Dubai for a 12 month renewable contract.</p>

	<li>A professional Reservoir Engineer with over 20 years' experience internationally in the oil and gas industry</li>
	<li>Broad hands-on Reservoir Engineering experience covering wide range of hydrocarbon systems including oil, volatile oil, gas and condensates.&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Experienced in in appraisal and development of both "green" and mature fields in clastic settings</li>
	<li>Work as reservoir engineer and a team leader in integrated reservoir studies and reserves evaluation</li>
	<li>Specialty in compositional and black oil Reservoir Simulation in both single porosity medium and dual porosity dual permeability media</li>
	<li>Specialty in PVT, reserves estimation, classification and booking</li>
	<li>Good working knowledge of EoR (CO2, Polymers and Miscible flooding)</li>
	<li>Comprehensive knowledge of NEXUS family of simulation software as well as others ECLIPSE.&nbsp;  Working knowledge of Petrel, simulator.</li>
	<li>Experienced in use of various standard industry packages for reservoir analyses (IPM Suite), well test analysis (PIE, Fekete, Safire), nodal analysis (Prosper, VFPi), fluid analysis (PVTi, PVTP), fracture analysis (FRACA), static modelling (GOCAD, Petrel), streamline simulation (3DSL), Economic evaluation (PEEP), Well/Field production performance (OFM) and others.</li>
	<li>Geographical experience covers Africa, and Middle East.</li>
	<li>Proven abilities in surveillance management of reservoir and dynamic simulation model.</li>
	<li>Good working knowledge of Economics and Planning</li>
	<li>Strategic Management implementation, Business Innovation</li>
