Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate drilling equipment and machinery to drill holes for construction projects.
- Monitor drilling operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Conduct pre-drilling inspections and tests to determine the appropriate drilling method and equipment.
- Maintain drilling equipment and perform routine maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to plan drilling operations and meet project objectives.
- Interpret drilling data and adjust drilling parameters as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and protocols.
- Train and mentor drilling crew members.
- Keep accurate records of drilling operations and prepare reports as needed.
