Our client is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Fund Manager to lead and optimize investment funds, driving superior financial performance.

This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a highly motivated professional with a proven track record in real estate investment and fund management. You will develop and execute strategic investment plans, oversee fund operations, and source and evaluate lucrative real estate opportunities. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the management of real estate investment funds, including portfolio construction, risk assessment, and performance monitoring.
2. Source, evaluate, and structure real estate investment opportunities, conducting comprehensive due diligence and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful transactions.
3. Implement data-driven strategies to maximize returns and mitigate risks within the investment portfolio.
4. Cultivate strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including developers, brokers, and external partners.
5. Collaborate effectively with internal teams (legal, finance, asset management) to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies.
6. Provide insightful financial reports and analyze market data to identify opportunities for portfolio optimization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Fund Manager with a demonstrably successful track record.
3. In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, investment strategies, and property valuation techniques.
4. Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to leverage financial and market data for strategic insights.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
6. Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
