Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and hotel policies

Handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances

Managing compensation and benefits administration processes

Creating and cultivating Colleague Engagement initiatives such as Winning Ways Recognition, Town Hall Meeting, Annual Colleague Party, Sports Events, Gatherings, Wellness programs, as well as updating internal colleague communication outlets

Delivering the best Guest Experience across all colleagues and new joiners as an ambassador of Human Resources

Building the annual Engagement Strategy and ensuring all activities are designed around improving Colleague engagement

Building relationships and collaborating across the business to understand and meet employee engagement requirements

Being the point of contact with contracted third party colleague service providers to monitor consistency and qualityWhat We Need From YouIdeally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is an added value

Proven senior experience in Human Resources or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably within a luxury hotel environment

Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices, including employment law and regulatory requirements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with team members at all levels

Demonstrated leadership abilities and strategic thinking
