Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth PPC audit for prospective clients to uncover what they’re doing well, and what needs to be improved. Document and present findings professionally via Google Slides. Work with the sales team to ideate the best 3, 6, 9, 12 months strategy to deliver client growth via PPC.
  • Expertise in AdWords & Facebook audits is critical.
  • Conduct in-depth SEO audit for prospective clients to uncover what they’re doing well, and what needs to be improved. Document and present findings professionally via Google Slides. Work with the sales team to ideate the best 3, 6, 9, 12 months strategy to deliver client growth via SEO.
  • Support the creation of sales decks for pitches, including audits and other key factors (using existing templates and improving them consistently).
  • Train and mentor the sales team to be experts in SEO, AdWords & Facebook and hold high-value, enterprise-level conversations with clients of all shapes and sizes.
  • Work with the sales & delivery teams to minimize misunderstandings and maximize alignment. Continually bridge the gap to ensure maximum revenue results for customers and minimize churn.
  • Manage the onboarding of highly complex or highly technical campaigns that sales have recently signed up.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 2+ years experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge and application of SEO, AdWords & Facebook.
  • Ability to provide findings and relevant recommendations on all aspects of digital marketing.
  • Experience dealing with USA & AU clients is mandatory.
  • Very strong and clear written & verbal communication skills are mandatory.
