The Role: Sales Operations Coordinator, Part-Time Permanent Approx. 28hrs/week Position Summary: Our client is the International Beauty Institute (IBI), a dynamic leader in the aesthetics training and education space. IBI’s expert-led programs provide students with in-depth training on advanced techniques, state-of-the-art technology, and the latest products in beauty and medical aesthetics. Your role is to increase new student registrations and applications by effectively managing leads, sharing your in-depth knowledge of our programs, and fostering meaningful, long-term relationships. As the enthusiastic first point of contact for prospective students, you’ll help them explore their educational options and guide them toward achieving their beauty and aesthetic career dreams. What You Will Be Doing Every Day: Promptly respond to new leads and inquiries, assess the needs of prospective applications, and guide them through the registration process. Re-engage with previously unresponsive or “cold” leads, creating a follow-up/outreach plan to convert interest into registrations. Confidently communicate IBI’s values, programs, and benefits to prospective students, aiming to close registrations effectively. Schedule and manage campus tour bookings across all campuses, coordinating with both the admissions team and prospective students to provide a seamless experience. Maintain accurate records of all leads, communications, and follow-ups within the CRM system, ensuring timely updates and documentation. Serve as a primary point of contact, providing a warm, welcoming, and informative experience for students throughout their admissions journey. Your Experience: Strong verbal and written communication skills Passion for delivering excellence in customer service and focus on long-term relationship building. A “hunger” to succeed, and drive to always close the sale. Strong organization and ability to deal with multiple priorities and stakeholders in many departments Ability to work remotely from home and to work from our Oakville head office (hybrid work environment) Post-secondary education preferred - business concentration an asset Work experience in a Sales or Marketing function preferred Experience in the beauty or medical aesthetics space is a strong asset Experience with CRM software or lead management tools is a strong asset A few other things we’ll expect from you: Flexibility to work evenings (12pm-8pm) and weekends Ability to commute to North York, Hamilton and Mississauga campuses as needed Friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable and punctual. Genuine interest or passion for the beauty/medical aesthetics space.
