Assist customers in solving both simple and complex issues. Help clients navigate our applications effectively. Train clients and their teams on using our M&A technology. Log requests and interactions in the Salesforce Service Cloud. Provide insights to our Product and Marketing teams based on customer feedback. A bit about you: You have a degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience. You excel in getting things done and caring for customers without needing micro-management.
