Job Responsibility
- Liaising with customers in all areas of sales – customer interaction is vital.
- Meeting set sales targets.
- Stocking, replenishing, and cleaning the sales area.
- Assisting with product selection.
- Offering advice to customers.
- Dealing with customer complaints.
- Utilizing specialist product knowledge.
- Monitoring and updating sales display areas.
- Minimum possess SPM.
- Fresh graduates/candidates without working experience are welcome.
- Can speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Pleasant, well-groomed, and enjoy interacting with people.
- Customer service-oriented, team player, and possess initiative.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for Lego products.
- Willing to work on shifts, public holidays, and weekends.
- Working days (Weekend & Public Holidays)
