Requirements: Qualifications: · Minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. · Forklift operation skills are an advantage. · Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. · Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively at all levels. · Commitment to safety and environmental compliance. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards. Scopes: **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Accounting Tasks: · Manage and oversee the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. · Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and bank reconciliations. · Process accounts payable and receivable transactions. · Ensure compliance with Sales and Services Tax (SST) regulations. 2. Financial Management & Reporting: · Oversee daily accounting operations, including transaction processing and ledger management. · Assist in the preparation and review of financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. · Support monthly and annual financial closing processes. 3. Budgeting and Forecasting: · Assist in cash flow management by planning and monitoring funds to ensure efficient cash flow. · Aid in the development and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. · Analyze financial performance and provide insights for improvement. 4. Compliance and Reporting: · Ensure compliance with customs regulations, accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. · Prepare reports for management and assist with audit processes. · Help establish and ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal control guidelines. 5. Administrative Support: · Provide administrative support for payroll, stocktaking, budgeting, and forecasting activities. · Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
