Job Description
This is a full-time Sales Specialist role with Professional Technology.- Coordinating the sales team and assisting with recruiting and training new hires.
- Providing product demonstrations to staff and clients, and taking the lead in resolving complaints.
- Analyzing sales team performance and scheduling training/refresher sessions accordingly.
- Conducting market research and sharing findings with the team.
- Working alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base.
Job Requirements
- Experience 2-4 years in parking system, access control, automation gates, bollards, barriers, public address systems, turnstiles, automatic doors, and surveillance systems is a plus
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Sales Management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
