We are looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our exciting projects involving large language models (LLMs) Job Overview: As an AI/ML Engineer specializing in generative AI applications, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing the entire machine learning pipeline. This includes data preprocessing, model training, fine-tuning, and deployment. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to create efficient and scalable LLM models that meet our enterprise clients' needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models
  • Leveraging your expertise in Generative AI, Python, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Statistics to develop cutting-edge solutions for our clients.
  • Lead the training and fine-tuning of large language models (LLMs) to optimize performance for specific use cases.
  • Develop and implement effective prompt engineering techniques to enhance model outputs.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate model hallucinations and other inaccuracies in generated content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to build robust and scalable AI solutions.
  • Conduct research and experiments to advance the state-of-the-art in Generative AI and LLM technologies.
  • Optimize and fine-tune LLMs to meet the specific needs and requirements of enterprise clients.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring best practices in software development and AI model deployment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Communicate technical concepts and project progress to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning and natural language processing.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant ML frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with popular GenAI LLM models (e.g., GPT-3, LLaMa, Mixtral), SLM’s with Phi/Gamma/Triplex, and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, PyTorch, and long-term memory with Mem0 or similar)
  • Proven experience in designing and deploying Generative AI applications and LLMs.
  • Experience with fine-tuning pre-trained LLMs such as GPT, BERT, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and statistical models.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for AI/ML workloads.
  • Strong experience in designing and implementing end-to-end AI solutions using Python, PyTorch, leveraging Databricks, Snowflake or similar frameworks and tools.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) of ML models.
  • Familiarity with large-scale data processing and distributed computing.
  • Knowledge of data engineering and MLOps practices.
  • Understanding of ethical considerations and bias mitigation in AI models.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or publications in AI/ML conferences/journals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
