Web-site : Role Overview: We are seeking a full-time, on-site HR Manager for our Ahmedabad office. In this HR Generalist/Business Partner role, you will be instrumental in driving employee engagement, managing performance, and supporting a positive work culture. The HR Manager will partner closely with leadership to implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives, focusing on talent development, policy implementation, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an HR Business Partner, providing guidance and support to leaders and employees on HR-related matters
• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with labor laws
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a collaborative workplace culture
• Manage performance management processes, including goal-setting and evaluations
• Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth
• Address employee relations issues and mediate workplace conflicts to ensure a harmonious environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives

Qualifications:

• 8-10 Yrs of extensive experience in HR functions, including policy implementation, employee engagement, and performance management
• At least 5Yrs of exp working in IT Industry
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with employees at all levels
• Proven organizational and leadership abilities
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
