Job Title: Operations Executive | Training & Coordination | Mumbai Location: Mumbai, India Company: Boston Institute of Analytics Job Description Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and onboarding franchisees nationwide, internal staff training , and academic planning across batches. This role requires strong coordination skills , an attention to detail, and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for supporting seamless operations within an educational or franchise setting. Key Responsibilities :

  • Franchisee Training & Onboarding : Train and onboard new franchisees across the country, ensuring they are fully equipped to follow company processes and protocols.
  • Internal Staff Training : Conduct training sessions for internal staff on operational processes and protocols, ensuring that standards are met across the organization.
  • Documentation & Reporting : Create and maintain documentation, including daily performance tracking reports, standard operating procedures, and other necessary records.
  • Academic Activity Coordination : Plan and coordinate academic activities for batches across the country to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Operational Oversight : Oversee daily operations, supporting faculty, staff, and the management of physical facilities to ensure schedules and resources are well-coordinated.
  • Additional Duties : Perform other operational and administrative tasks as assigned to support organizational goals.
Requirements and Skills :
  • Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in operations management , training , or a related field, preferably within the EdTech or franchise industry.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to Detail : Strong focus on thoroughness, quality, and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Customer-Focused : Demonstrated ability to work effectively and positively with a diverse group of stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, and administrators.
  • Industry Knowledge : Up-to-date knowledge of industry practices, trends, and emerging issues.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Charismatic, enthusiastic, and competitive personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting purposes.
Required Qualifications :
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
