Qualification: ITI Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing of hydraulic cylinders and power packs. Job Description - Familiar with hydraulic components - Should be conversant with hydraulic cylinder and power pack manufacturing process. - Able to assemble and test hydraulic cylinders - Conversant with hydraulic fittings, hoses and steel tubes. - Able to assemble pump motor assembly with bell housing and couplings - Should be able to fix parts of tank such as level gauge, filler breather, return filter etc. - Should be able to connect inter connecting lines (steel tube)- pump delivery to valve manifold, valve manifold to return line, suction line to strainer etc. - Should be able to assemble and test power packs with minimal supervision. - Team working - Able to read hydraulic circuits will be added advantage
